The first place I recommend is Jamendo. On their site, you can search by license and musical style. The former is helpful if you want beats to use for your own  best pop songs music. If you want to search for music you can reuse, search for tracks that allow you to modify, build or adapt and use commercially (if you intend to sell your music). If you aren't looking for royalty free beats, the site still provides a large selection of hip hop songs for you to peruse. The selection really is incredible.

An online radio station with a great selection of rap artists is Pandora. I use this site religiously to find out about new music. You can create your own radio station by telling Pandora to search for a specific genre, artist or keyword. For example, you can build a station based on Nas, and Pandora offers up a list of related artists and songs that are related to Nas (both musically and lyrically). As each song is played you can vote it up or down, and Pandora will shift its selections based on your preferences. I can't explain how many new artists I've found though this service.
